Great food and location!
Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and the food was amazing! Great variety and delicious flavors. The location was also perfect, only a short walk away from key ancient sites. The rooms are clean and spacious.
The damp and unpleasant smell in the rooms was unbearable. Despite leaving the window open, the mold was too pervasive.

This place is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great base for a holiday in the area. There is a restaurant called Uncle Moustache just a few steps away from here, making dining out easily accessible.

The location is very close to temple mount. We really enjoyed staying at jerusalem metropole. East Jerusalem neighbourhood deserves to be explored.

Clean, efficient, close to damascus gate, organised nesher taxi to airport for us. Free wifi, very friendly staff, excellent food.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from a famous gate. the staff is very friendly and welcoming. the breakfast provided was delicious and generous.
The room didn't seem to be cleaned thoroughly with some signs of poor hygiene. the bedding appeared to be uncomfortable and could have been better.

The hotel is in a great location, very near the Old City and close to shops. It is also conveniently located near the main bus station. the rooms are clean and the service is good. the breakfast offers a good variety of food. Some of the rooms have a large bed that is comfortable and changed daily.
The internet connection is not reliable.

All staff was very friendly and helpful, they speak English, Hebrew and Arabic. They cleaned the room every day and helped us with what we needed.

Most friendliest owners and staff ever. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Service was fantastic, breakfast and food was magnificent. Very affordable andconvenient. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!! Everyone will be dearly missed. I will definitely be back soon!! Mitri from the USA.

Location is excellent at edge of Old City. The staff was excellent and cannot be beat. They were very helpful and got us an excellent tour.
I think the hotel is being renovated. The room was very disappointing and very over-priced.
